东部决赛G3在TNT的收看人数是710万，这是自2015年以来的东决G3（骑士VS老鹰，观看人数780万）最高观看人数，这也是今年季后赛观众人数第二高的比赛，仅次于湖人和森林狼的系列赛G4（740万）。东决前三场平均观看人数约为680万。
西部决赛前两场的观看人数是536万和516万，G3从ESPN转移到ABC直播，收视人数为前两场的平均数526万，G2也是自2013年以来观战人数最少的西部决赛。
